Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on LocaList for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Booking and Payments
All bookings made through LocaList are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of booking.
Service Provider Responsibilities
Service providers must:

- Maintain valid licenses and insurance as required
- Deliver services professionally and on time
- Respect customer privacy and property
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be present at the scheduled time
- Treat service providers with respect
- Pay for services as agreed
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
LocaList acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not liable for the quality of services provided or any damages arising from service provider interactions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
